Ready to Make Pickup and Delivery:

  • All pickup and delivery orders must be approved. You will receive an email confirmation of approval.
  • Ready to Make Orders require 24 hour pre order for pick up or deliveries

Damages and issues – Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the item leaves my possession, I am no longer liable for the item.

 

Exceptions/non-refundable items – Certain types of items cannot be returned, (perishable goods and custom products such as special orders or personalized items.  Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges/Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Due to the nature of the products we offer, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately to discuss possible solutions that may include an exchange or store credit. 

 

Policy for Delivery and Setup: 

We deliver and setup!  We service Columbus, GA and all surrounding areas in Central and South GA and East Alabama! Price of delivery is based on location. Setup is an additional fee added to your delivery fee. You can CONTACT US, with details regarding your event and we can send you a quote.

 

  • Shipping is only for treats, cheesecakes, cookies, and pound cakes.
